Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Note: Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your account and viewing your order history
  • Contacting our customer service team

Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SUPERMADE® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for information. When customs clearance procedures are required, delays can occur. These delays are outside of our control.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we are unable to ship to:

  • P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses (for certain products)
  • Countries under international trade restrictions
  • Remote islands or territories (additional fees may apply)

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until the issue is resolved.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost. A new shipping fee will be charged for reshipment.
