You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Pro Tip: Keep your packaging and receipt until you're sure you're satisfied with your purchase!
Log into your account and go to your order history. Click on the order you wish to return and select "Return Items". If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your order confirmation email.
Choose which items you'd like to return and provide a reason for the return. This helps us improve our products and services.
You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print it out and attach it to your package. No printer? Contact our customer service team for assistance.
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. We recommend getting a receipt for your records. You'll receive tracking information once your return is in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3-5 business days after arrival), we'll process your refund. It will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Quick Exchange: If the item you want is in stock, we can ship it immediately and process the return when we receive your original item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item sent, etc.).
Note: If you received free shipping due to a promotion, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Please contact us before initiating an international return to receive specific instructions.
