Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Pro Tip: Keep your packaging and receipt until you're sure you're satisfied with your purchase!

Return Eligibility

Returnable Items

  • ✓ Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached
  • ✓ Items in original packaging
  • ✓ Defective or damaged products
  • ✓ Wrong items received
  • ✓ Items that don't match description

Non-Returnable Items

  • ✗ Worn, washed, or altered items
  • ✗ Items without original tags
  • ✗ Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • ✗ Final sale items
  • ✗ Gift cards
  • ✗ Items returned after 30 days

How to Return an Item

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and go to your order history. Click on the order you wish to return and select "Return Items". If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your order confirmation email.

Select Items & Reason

Choose which items you'd like to return and provide a reason for the return. This helps us improve our products and services.

Print Your Label

You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print it out and attach it to your package. No printer? Contact our customer service team for assistance.

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. We recommend getting a receipt for your records. You'll receive tracking information once your return is in transit.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3-5 business days after arrival), we'll process your refund. It will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are quick and easy:

  • Follow the return process and indicate you want an exchange
  • Select the new size or color you'd like
  • We'll ship your exchange item as soon as we receive your return
  • Exchanges are free - no additional shipping charges

Quick Exchange: If the item you want is in stock, we can ship it immediately and process the return when we receive your original item.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit: Instant (if you prefer store credit)

The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item sent, etc.).

Note: If you received free shipping due to a promotion, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

We're sorry if you received a defective or damaged item! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll send you a replacement immediately at no charge, or issue a full refund including shipping costs if you prefer.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Please contact us before initiating an international return to receive specific instructions.
